Position Summary

The F&B Captain oversees daily restaurant operations, ensures exceptional guest service, supervises service staff, and maintains service standards in line with company policies. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of servers and stewards
• Ensure high standards of food and beverage service are consistently maintained
• Greet and escort guests, ensuring a warm and professional dining experience
• Handle guest complaints efficiently and professionally
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
• Ensure proper table setup and cleanliness before service
• Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth operations
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate important updates to the team

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management (preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage service
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards
• Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Assist in stocking service stations
• Support team members during busy periods

• 0–2 years of experience in F&B service
• Good communication skills

• Ability to work flexible shifts
