Required skill & Responsibilities:

• Minimum 25 years experience as General Manager.
• Proven track record in FMCG sector
• Manage all elements of National Paints.
• Marketing revenue generation, product growth & overall strategy.
• Recruit on board and train high performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share & business plan objectives.
• Over see day to day operations.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• minimum 20 years (Required)
