Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in jersey design, corporate branding, logo creation, banner design, social media creatives, and print-ready artwork. You must be able to work independently, understand client requirements, and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create custom jersey designs for cricket, football, basketball, and corporate teams with accurate mockups and print-ready files.

• Develop logos, brand identities, corporate stationery, and marketing materials.

• Design banners, posters, flyers, brochures, web banners, and website-related graphics.

• Create Instagram posts, reels thumbnails, ads creatives, and social media visuals.

• Work on CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop for daily design tasks.

• Adapt designs based on client feedback and maintain brand consistency.

• Understand printing requirements, colour formats (CMYK/RGB), bleed, margins, and export guidelines.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver designs within given timelines.

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to meet creative expectations.

• Maintain an organised library of artwork, templates, and project files.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of jersey design layout, customization styles, and mockup editing.

• Excellent knowledge of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.

• Ability to create unique logos, eye-catching posters, banners, and corporate designs.

• Experience in designing Instagram posts, digital ads, and web content.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to bring new ideas.

• Ability to handle pressure and deliver high-quality output on tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or related field (optional but preferred).

• Experience in printing industry, sports merchandise, or corporate gifting is an added advantage.
