We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the complete human resource operations of the organization. The role involves end-to-end recruitment and hiring of employees, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements to ensure the right talent is onboarded. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations by fostering a positive work environment, addressing grievances, and ensuring effective communication across all levels. The position also includes leading salary negotiations with candidates and ensuring competitive and fair compensation structures aligned with company policies. Additionally, the HR Manager will handle the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires, as well as managing resignations, conducting exit formalities, and ensuring accurate and timely full and final settlements. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills, along with a thorough understanding of HR practices and compliance requirements.
