HR EXECUTIVE

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the human resource functions of the organization, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
  • The candidate will work closely with other senior managers and department heads to ensure the alignment of human resource policies and practices with the organization's vision, mission, values, and goals.
  • The main duties and responsibilities of the DMHR include:
  • Developing and implementing human resource strategies and plans that support the organization's objectives and priorities.
  • Leading and supervising the human resource team and ensuring the delivery of high[1]quality services to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of qualified candidates.
  • Designing and conducting training and development programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and competencies of employees at all levels.
  • Establishing and maintaining a performance management system that fosters a culture of feedback, recognition, and continuous improvement.
  • Administering and reviewing the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, fair, and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Handling employee relations issues, such as grievances, disputes, disciplinary actions, and terminations, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
  • Preparing and analyzing human resource reports and metrics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of human resource initiatives and interventions.
  • Advising and supporting managers and employees on various human resource matters and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with external partners, such as labor unions, government agencies, consultants, vendors, etc.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest trends and developments in human resource management and applying them to the organization's context.


The ideal candidate for this position should have: 

  • A master's degree or professional certification (such as PHR or SHRM) is preferred.
  • At least five + years of progressive experience in human resource management, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a team of human resource professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills. Ability to use data and evidence to support decision-making and recommendations.
  • High ethical standards and integrity. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and respect.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and human resource information systems (HRIS).
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and demands. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
