Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates across technical and non-technical roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
• Understand hiring requirements from department heads.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates and manage the offer roll-out process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Support employer branding initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in recruitment (manufacturing/engineering hiring preferred).
• Strong understanding of recruitment platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and labour laws is an added advantage.
