HR Executive

Meta Bull Universe is a growing Digital Marketing and Advertising Agency that helps businesses grow through advertising, social media marketing, video production, and website development services. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated HR professional to manage recruitment and team coordination.

• Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles such as Video Editors, Designers, Sales Executives, and Marketing professionals
• Create and manage job postings on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Internshala, etc.
• Screen candidates and schedule interviews with management
• Handle employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain communication and coordination between team members
• Monitor employee performance and attendance
• Resolve employee concerns and internal issues
• Maintain HR records and assist in implementing company policies

• Requirements

• 1+ year experience in HR or recruitment (preferred)
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Knowledge of hiring platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.
• Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates
• Organized, responsible, and good at team management
