Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our BPO team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and basic HR operations, ensuring smooth hiring and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)

Coordinate with operations and team leaders for manpower requirements

Conduct initial HR interviews and follow-ups

Manage joining formalities, documentation, and employee records

Assist in employee engagement and grievance handling

Maintain HR databases and daily recruitment reports

Support attendance, shift coordination, and attrition tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

6 months to 1 year of HR or recruitment experience in BPO

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws

Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in bulk hiring / volume recruitment
