Job Description
Position: HR Manager
Experience Required: 3 Years
Industry: Event Management
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Location: BHOPAL
- Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Staffing:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the company.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assist in the hiring process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews, background checks, and onboarding processes for new employees.
- Employee Relations & Welfare:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, queries, and grievances.
- Foster a positive work environment, addressing employee issues promptly.
- Organize employee welfare programs and ensure a healthy organizational culture.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee employee performance evaluation processes.
- Work with team leads to set KPIs and goals for employees.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Payroll & Benefits Management:
- Assist in managing payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Administer employee benefits, leave policies, and maintain accurate records.
- Training & Development:
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Monitor employee progress and suggest additional training based on performance feedback.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and company guidelines.
- Maintain employee records and documentation in line with legal requirements.
- Event-Specific HR Support:
- Work closely with event managers to hire temporary/contract staff for events.
- Manage staffing requirements, ensuring the availability of adequate resources for events.
- Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an event management company.
- Key Skills:Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (preferably HRIS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak event seasons.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Desirable Attributes:Prior experience in the event management industry.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving HR-related challenges.
- Positive attitude, with strong leadership capabilities.
