Job Title: HR Manager

Location: 3rd Floor, Jyoti Talkies, MP Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Experience Required: 1 year or fresher

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR operations, and the ability to build a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.

Handle employee grievances and promote a healthy workplace culture.

Conduct performance evaluations and suggest development initiatives.

Plan and execute employee engagement activities and HR events.

Prepare HR reports and assist in policy development and implementation.

Coordinate with management for manpower planning and training needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience in HR management or similar role.

Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, compliance, etc.).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
