Role & Responsibilities for HR and Admin

Payroll Management:

·         Maintain Daily Attendance Report & Monthly Attendance, Leave Records, Extra hours, C/Off data.

·         Preparation of Salary Sheet, Full & Final Settlement, Medical Reimbursement etc.

·         Maintain Payroll statutory records related to ESI/PF/Gratuity/Leave Procedure etc.         

·         Preparation of ID cards & Opening Salary A/C formalities

HR Operations:

• Handling Internal and External audits as & when required.

Employee Engagement Activities:

• Celebration on Employee Birthday, Marriage Anniversary, Annual Day Function, Festival Celebration, New Year Celebration.

MIS:

• Regular monitoring & updating of employee database. 
• Keeping a track of employee birthdays, anniversaries, due confirmation letter etc.
• Monitoring & maintaining the department wise head count, new joiners & attrition.
• Day to day supporting activities to Head HR

Requirements:

Ø  3 to 4 years experience.

Ø  Multitasking

Ø  Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Ø  Good knowledge of computers.
