Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and meeting hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Ensure timely closure of open positions

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Assist in onboarding and documentation process

Maintain positive candidate relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sourcing and screening abilities

Knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools

Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously

Basic knowledge of HR processes

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

Preferred Skills:

Experience in bulk or lateral hiring

Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
