Human Resource Manager

-Developing solutions and organising, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations

-Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements

-Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process

-Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements

-Coordinating travel bookings including train, flight, and hotel arrangements for business requirements

-Managing and organising boss/leadership schedule, including meeting coordination and calendar management

-Handling HR Recruiter responsibilities, including:

• Sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms
• Conducting initial interviews and coordinating further interview rounds
• Managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Maintaining candidate database and ensuring smooth onboarding support
