Job Overview

Innov is hiring Examination Invigilators for TCS-conducted. Selected candidates will be deployed at exam centers to manage and monitor examination processes.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Supervise candidates during examinations
• Ensure smooth and fair conduct of exams as per guidelines
• Verify candidate identity and documentation
• Maintain discipline and exam protocols at the center
• Coordinate with center authorities and report any discrepancies

Eligibility & Documents Required (Soft Copies)

1. ID Proof – PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Passport
2. PAN Card (Mandatory)
3. Address Proof

• Permanent: Aadhaar Card
• Temporary (if different): Rental Agreement / Electricity Bill / Phone Bill / WiFi Bill / Water Bill

1. Passport Size Photograph
2. Bank Account Details
3. Education Certificates: SSC/ Graduation

Selection Process

• Fill the application form
• Application screening
• Background Verification (BGV)
• Biometric Attendance Registration (guided by team)
• Final deployment for examination assignments

Important Note

• No fees will be charged at any stage of the process
• Beware of fraud calls asking for payment

⏰ Shift Timings (Approx.)

• Morning: 6:00 AM – 11:30 AM
• Mid: 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Mock Shift: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Candidates assigned shifts must be willing to complete all allotted shifts in a day
