IT Recruiter

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates to meet client manpower requirements within defined timelines

Job Location-Bhopal

Monday to Saturday(2nd and 4th Saturday off and Sunday fixed off)

Minimum Exp-6 month and above

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end IT recruitment cycle
• Understand client requirements and job descriptions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Negotiate salary and close positions within deadlines
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Ensure high-quality hiring and client satisfaction
• Required Skills:Strong knowledge of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Python, AWS, DevOps, QA, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
• Good understanding of technical roles and skills mapping
• Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or consultancy preferred)
• Preferred Skills:Experience in contract staffing / permanent hiring
• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Strong client handling experience
