Job Description

1. Preventive maintenance activity of manufacturing and packing equipments of oral formulation as per schedule.
2. Breakdown maintenance activity of manufacturing and packing equipmentsof oral formulation.
3. Login on machine during breakdown and preventive maintenance .
4. Periodic requalification activity of manufacturing and packing equipments as per schedule.
5. Equipment panel cleaning as per schedule.
6. Discoloration verification as per schedule.
7. Individual shift handling and coordination with production team for smooth operation.
8. Support for contractual utility maintenance person during second and third shift. 
9. Facility up keep as per monthly schedule and buffing of equipment.
10. qualification of equipments of process as well as HVAC.
11. Familier with Regular QMS activity 
12. Having good knowledge of SAP PM and procurement.
