Job Summary:

A Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue targets and business growth. The role involves leading the sales team, developing marketing campaigns, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.

The manager ensures alignment between sales and marketing activities, monitors market trends, analyzes performance data, and optimizes strategies to maximize profitability. They also coordinate with internal departments such as operations and customer service to ensure smooth execution of business plans.

Key responsibilities include target achievement, team management, brand promotion, lead generation, client acquisition, and maintaining long-term business relationships.

• Fixed salary: 20000-30000 per month
