Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and manage all marketing activities for Vyom Collection. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, driving store footfall, and boosting sales through online and offline marketing strategies.

• Plan, execute, and monitor complete marketing strategies for the store
• Increase store walk-ins, enquiries, and sales through effective promotions
• Manage digital marketing platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile)
• Create and execute seasonal campaigns, offers, and festival promotions
• Coordinate with designers/printers for posters, banners, hoardings, flex & in-store creatives
• Handle local marketing activities such as society promotions, school/office tie-ups, and events
• Manage influencer marketing, customer reviews, and brand collaborations
• Track marketing performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and suggest improvements
• Work closely with sales and tailoring teams to align promotions with business goals
• Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline channels
• 📋 Other Specific RequirementsProven experience in retail, fashion, apparel, or showroom marketing
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior
• Hands-on experience with social media marketing & basic paid ads
• Ability to plan and manage marketing budgets effectively
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding
• Comfortable working with targets, deadlines, and performance metrics
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Business Profile
• Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently
