Job Description
We are looking for a smart and creative Full-Stack Marketer who can handle Offline Marketing, Social Media, and Website/Online Marketing for our company. You will plan and execute marketing ideas to increase brand awareness, leads, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns (posters, flyers, events, field promotions)
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram / Facebook / LinkedIn)
- Create content ideas for posts, reels, campaigns etc.
- Manage company website updates, basic SEO knowledge preferred
- Run online ads (Google, Meta etc.) — basics enough
- Build strong brand presence and help generate leads
- Track performance and share reports
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Basic graphic design knowledge
- Creative thinking and marketing mindset
- Understanding of digital marketing tools
- Ability to execute campaigns independently
