**Location**: Rai Automobile and Machinery, Near Bhanpur Karond, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the **Management Information System (MIS)** for efficient reporting, data analysis, and decision-making processes.

- Handle **customer service** operations, ensuring prompt and effective communication with clients regarding service inquiries, maintenance requests, and product-related issues.

- Coordinate **service solutions for power, industrial, and agricultural machine engines** in collaboration with the service team.

- Ensure accurate data entry and analysis of sales, services, and inventory in the MIS system.

- Oversee **service scheduling, feedback collection, and customer satisfaction** initiatives.

- Collaborate with the **technical and service teams** to ensure timely delivery of solutions to customers.

- Generate regular reports and analytics to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain customer service records, **service history** tracking, and follow-up schedules.

**Key Skills**:

- **Proficient in MIS** tools and software (Excel, databases, reporting tools).

- Strong **customer service management** experience.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable reports.

- Experience in managing **service operations** in a similar industry (power solutions, industrial or agricultural machinery).

- Knowledge of **Ashok Leyland engines** and service processes will be an added advantage.
