MIS Executive – Advertising & Sales Reporting

Role Overview:

We are hiring an MIS Executive to track and analyse daily advertising activity in the market and support the sales team with actionable reports.

This role involves monitoring newspaper advertisements, preparing daily reports, and tracking conversion of advertisers into Screenista clients.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Track daily retail advertisements published in newspapers (Dainik Bhaskar, Jagran, Patrika etc.)

·      Prepare and share daily MIS reports with Advertising Sales Manager

·      Maintain database of active advertisers in the city

·      Track sales team follow-ups and conversion status

·      Maintain records of leads, proposals, closures and pending opportunities

·      Generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports

·      Support sales team with data, lists and insights

·      Maintain structured Excel / MIS systems

Candidate Profile:

·      3–5 years of experience in MIS / reporting / data tracking roles

·      Strong proficiency in Excel (mandatory)

·      Good analytical and reporting skills

·      High attention to detail and accuracy

·      Ability to work with structured data and deadlines

·      Basic understanding of sales or advertising industry is a plus

Preferred Qualification:

·      Graduate (B.Com / BBA / equivalent)

·      Experience in sales MIS, media tracking or reporting roles preferred
