Morning Shift: 7 hours
Evening Shift: 7 hours
Night Shift: Timings to be confirmed as per management requirement
Rotation Policy: Equal rotation between Morning, Evening, and Night shifts

📌 Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients in IPD and OPD settings.
Monitor vital signs and patient condition regularly.
Assist doctors during clinical rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing supervisors, and support staff.
Attend emergencies and respond promptly as required.
Support patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.

🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience
✔ GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (or equivalent)
✔ Minimum 4–8 years of hospital experience only
✔ Experience in both IPD & OPD nursing
✔ Willingness to work in rotational shifts
✔ Good communication and patient-care skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure in a hospital environment
