Job Description
Role: Admin & HR Executive (Founder’s Intern)Position OverviewThe Admin & HR Executive (Founder’s Intern) will work directly with the Founder and act as a supporting backbone of daily operations. This role involves administration, HR coordination, client communication, call handling, and meeting management, ensuring smooth internal and external coordination.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Founder & Operations SupportAssist the Founder in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Maintain calendars, task lists, and follow-ups assigned by the Founder
- Coordinate between internal team members and external stakeholders
- Ensure timely execution of assigned priorities
- 2. Client Communication & CoordinationHandle incoming client calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally
- Share approved information, updates, and documents with clients
- Schedule and confirm client meetings, calls, and follow-ups
- Maintain records of client interactions and communication history
- Escalate critical client issues or decision-based matters to the Founder
Note: This role does not involve final pricing, negotiations, or commitments without Founder approval.
- 3. Call Handling & Meeting ManagementReceive and route incoming business calls appropriately
- Book meetings (online/offline) for the Founder and team
- Send meeting confirmations, reminders, and agendas
- Take basic meeting notes and share action items post-meeting
- 4. HR & Team CoordinationAssist in hiring processes (screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic HR documentation
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding formalities
- Act as a point of contact for basic team queries and coordination
- 5. Office AdministrationMaintain internal documents, files, and shared folders
- Track daily office requirements and basic vendor coordination
- Ensure smooth internal communication and process flow
- Support reporting and documentation as required
- 6. Confidentiality & Professional ConductHandle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
- Represent the Founder and company professionally at all times
- Follow communication protocols and approval hierarchies
- Reporting StructureReports directly to the Founder
- Works closely with internal team members and clients under defined authority
- Ideal Candidate ProfileStrong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling calls, clients, and coordination tasks
- Willing to learn business operations closely with the Founder
