Operation Executive

Handling customer inquiries (phone, email, in-person) regarding service requests, product information, and general support IN CRM

Managing and prioritizing service requests, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with technicians or service personnel. 

Tracking and managing spare parts inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels, and ordering replacements as needed. 

Ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the service center, optimizing workflows, and minimizing downtime

Maintaining accurate records of service requests, customer interactions, and inventory transactions. 

Addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate channels. 

Ensuring that all service activities meet the company's quality standards and customer satisfaction goals.
