Operations Manager / Executive Assistant to CEO (Team Structuring & Training Focus)

Overview :

We are looking for a highly proactive and reliable Operations Manager / Executive Assistant who can work as a right hand to the CEO and help bring structure, clarity, and efficiency into daily operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is naturally organized, detail-oriented, and takes ownership without needing constant follow-ups. You should be someone who listens carefully, understands expectations, and executes with precision.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with the CEO to manage and streamline daily operations
• Bring structure to workflows, processes, and team coordination
• Create and implement SOPs, systems, and internal processes
• Develop and organize training modules for team members
• Train new hires and continuously improve team performance
• Monitor team productivity, deadlines, and deliverables
• Ensure tasks are completed on time with high accountability
• Maintain organized data, reports, and internal documentation
• Act as a bridge between CEO and team for smooth communication

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience is mandatory
• Strong ability to organize, structure, and systemize work
• Highly *proactive* – you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively
• Experience in team handling, training, and leadership
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Preferred Experience :

• Experience in operations, team management, or executive assistant roles
• Background in e-commerce / startups / agencies
• Experience with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, ClickUp, etc.
• Prior experience in creating SOPs or training systems
