Job Description
Job Overview:-
Bharat Agrolink is looking for an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager who will take complete ownership of day-to-day operations, logistics, and supply chain execution. The role requires strong coordination across teams, efficient dispatch planning, vendor and transporter management, cost control, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The candidate should be capable of managing teams, handling operational challenges, and improving overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage end-to-end operations including order processing, confirmation, dispatch, and delivery tracking
- Plan and execute daily logistics and dispatch schedules
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouse, sales, and accounts teams
- Control logistics and operational costs and ensure budget adherence
- Monitor inventory coordination and ensure accurate operational documentation
- Handle delivery delays, customer escalations, and operational issues
- Lead, guide, and monitor the operations and logistics team
- Track KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
