Job Opening: Computer Operator & E-commerce Dispatch Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Computer Operator & E-commerce Dispatch Executive. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in computer operations, especially MS Excel, and capable of handling order processing and dispatches from major e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, and B2C portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily order dispatches from Flipkart, Amazon, and other B2C platforms
• Maintain and update records using Excel (inventory, dispatch status, customer data, etc.)
• Coordinate with courier partners and ensure timely delivery of orders
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and follow-ups effectively
• Prepare and maintain order reports and documentation
• Assist in day-to-day office computer operations

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Excel and general computer operations
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon & Flipkart seller panels
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Prior experience in dispatch/logistics/customer service will be an added advantage

Location: Nehru Nagar, Bhopal

Working Hours: 10:30am to 6:30pm

Salary: 12-15K depending upon your work experience
