Supervise, mentor, and manage pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support personnel.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations and company policies.

Oversee prescription processing, medication dispensing, and counseling services.

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels and manage ordering of medications and supplies.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and improve medication therapy outcomes.

Maintain records of controlled substances and conduct regular audits.

Handle customer concerns and resolve any service issues efficiently.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of pharmacy performance and regulatory compliance.

Train new staff and support professional development of existing team members.

Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharma D) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.Pharm).

Current and valid pharmacist license in the state of employment.

Minimum of 5-10yrs years of experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in pharmacy management software and systems.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
