We are urgently hiring a skilled PHP Laravel Backend Developer for our NBFC Loan Management System.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: 25000-40000

Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years in PHP Laravel

Required Skills (Updated – NBFC Focus):

Core Technical Skills:

• PHP (Core + Laravel Framework)

• HTML, CSS

• MySQL Database

• REST API Development & Integration

NBFC / Loan Software Skills:

• Loan Management System (LMS) development experience

• EMI Calculation Logic (Reducing / Flat interest)

• Loan Disbursement & Repayment module understanding

• Collection & Recovery module knowledge

• Customer KYC flow understanding (PAN, Aadhaar, eSign)

• Credit Bureau Integration knowledge (CIBIL, Experian, CRIF, Equifax)

• Payment Gateway Integration (UPI / NACH / EMI Auto Debit)

• Ledger & Accounting basics (Debit/Credit entries, reports)

• Report Generation (Outstanding, Closed Loan, Overdue, etc.)

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Third-party API integration experience

• PDF generation (Loan Agreement, Sanction Letter)

• Cron Jobs (Auto EMI, penalty calculation, reminders)

• Security best practices (Data protection, encryption)

• Basic knowledge of RBI compliance (loan process)
