Location: Grah Nirman Sahkari Sanstha Shopping Complex, Abhivyakti Nagar, Bawadiya Kalan, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462039

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and time commitment)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Manager to oversee the daily operations of Giggles Play Zone. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and PR skills, a good understanding of basic accounts, and the ability to manage staff and customer relations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Play Zone and Dental Clinic.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.

• Manage staff schedules and ensure smooth workflow.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards across the premises.

• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to enhance visibility.

• Manage billing, payments, and maintain basic accounts.

• Track daily income and expenses, prepare weekly/monthly reports.

• Ensure an engaging, safe, and fun environment for children and families.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong PR and customer-handling abilities.

• Basic knowledge of accounts and book keeping.

• Good organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to lead a small team and ensure operational efficiency.

• Prior experience in hospitality is preferred.
