Project Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Solar Project Manager to handle end-to-end execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction :

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete project lifecycle from post-sales to final handover
• Plan project timelines, resources, and execution strategy
• Coordinate with internal teams: design, procurement, liaisoning, and execution
• Handle site execution, installation, and contractor management
• Ensure all approvals (net metering, DISCOM, CEIG) are completed
• Monitor project cost, material usage, and reduce delays
• Maintain quality standards and safety compliance at site
• Communicate regularly with clients and resolve issues
• Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and documentation

Required Skills

• Strong project management & team coordination skills
• Knowledge of solar systems (rooftop & ground-mounted)
• Understanding of electrical systems and site execution
• Familiarity with local approval processes (preferred: MP region)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
