Project Engineer

The Project Engineer / Project Manager is responsible for managing incoming leads and converting them into successful construction projects. The role requires a combination of technical expertise and sales skills to understand client requirements, present suitable solutions, and close deals efficiently. The candidate will interact with clients to understand their needs, including budget, design preferences, and timelines, and provide clear guidance on construction processes, materials, and costing.

The role involves preparing accurate quotations, BOQs, and project proposals, along with handling negotiations while maintaining company profitability. The candidate will coordinate with design, sales, and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover after deal closure. Regular follow-ups with leads, maintaining a structured pipeline, and updating CRM systems are essential responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should have a background in civil engineering with good knowledge of construction practices, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a result-oriented approach. The ability to build client trust, handle objections, and consistently achieve conversion targets is critical for success in this role.
