About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Analyst (Customer Support) to join our growing team. If you have a proven track record of monitoring, evaluating and improving customer interactions via emails while ensuring quality – we’d love to hear from you ! This is more of a hybrid position of Quality Analyst and Customer Support Manager, as the candidate will be switched to emails work if and when needed.


βœ… Key Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and evaluate customer support interactions (chat/email) for quality, accuracy and professionalism
  • Identify gaps in communication, process adherence and customer satisfaction
  • Provide constructive feedback and mentoring to customer support executives
  • Develop and maintain quality scorecards, reports and performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards
  • Coordinate with team leaders and management to improve processes and training modules
  • Handle sensitive or escalated cases requiring quality checks


βœ… Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in Customer Support.
  • Strong analytical skills with detail orientation
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to provide actionable feedback and coach team members effectively
  • Must provide a valid experience letter of prior relevant experience in the domain.
