π’ Organization : Ecombirds
π Work Mode : Full-Time | In Office
π Work Timings: 10:00 AM β 7:00 PM
π° Salary Range : βΉ15,000 β βΉ25,000/month [ Fixed - No deductions ]
π Training: 45 Days (which includes customer support - emails to thoroughly understand the working procedures & Quality Assurance Standards of the organisation).
π Commitment of Work Duration : Minimum 1 year.
Experience - Minimum 2 Years [ Female Candidates Only ]
About the Role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Analyst (Customer Support) to join our growing team. If you have a proven track record of monitoring, evaluating and improving customer interactions via emails while ensuring quality β weβd love to hear from you ! This is more of a hybrid position of Quality Analyst and Customer Support Manager, as the candidate will be switched to emails work if and when needed.
β Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and evaluate customer support interactions (chat/email) for quality, accuracy and professionalism
- Identify gaps in communication, process adherence and customer satisfaction
- Provide constructive feedback and mentoring to customer support executives
- Develop and maintain quality scorecards, reports and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards
- Coordinate with team leaders and management to improve processes and training modules
- Handle sensitive or escalated cases requiring quality checks
β Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in Customer Support.
- Strong analytical skills with detail orientation
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to provide actionable feedback and coach team members effectively
- Must provide a valid experience letter of prior relevant experience in the domain.
