Receptionist

*Position: Night Shift Receptionist*

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for an experienced Night Shift Receptionist to manage patient services and administrative responsibilities during night hours. Candidates should have 3–4 years of experience in hospital reception or administration.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Manage the reception desk during the night shift.

Attend to patient inquiries and phone calls (OPD & IPD).

Handle patient registration, admission, and discharge processes.

Maintain accurate records and prepare daily reports.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff.

Monitor cleanliness, safety, and maintenance activities.

Handle cash transactions and billing for night services.

*Qualifications & Skills:*

Minimum 3–4 years of hospital reception/administration experience.

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Familiarity with hospital management software and MS Office.

Ability to handle emergencies calmly and responsibly.

Employment Type: Full-Time – Night Shift

Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month (based on experience and policy)
