Receptionist Cum Calling Executive

We are looking for a Reciptionist cum Calling Executive for product-related calling and collecting feedback from Government Departments. This role is focused on coordination and feedback collection. There is no sales target in this job.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform sales calling for company products/services
• Explain product details clearly to clients and concerned officials
• Focus on relationship building and service understanding
• Collect feedback from Government Departments
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Share interested client details with the internal team
• Maintain daily calling, sales, and feedback reports in excel 
• Ensure polite and professional communication at all times

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Polite and professional behavior
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
• Experience preferred but freshers can apply
