We are seeking dedicated and patient-centric Male Reception Staff to join our front office team. The ideal candidates will have experience working in a hospital environment and be capable of handling outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) reception duties, billing, and Ayushman Bharat patient processing efficiently. Immediate joining is required.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a courteous and professional manner.

Manage front desk operations for OPD and IPD registration.

Handle patient billing accurately and efficiently.

Process and verify documents for Ayushman Bharat scheme patients.

Answer incoming calls, provide information, and transfer calls to relevant departments.

Maintain records and manage patient queues effectively.

Coordinate with nursing staff, doctors, and billing teams for smooth patient flow.

Ensure proper documentation and filing of patient-related data.

Support reception tasks during emergencies and busy hours.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Minimum Hospital Reception / Front Office experience (preferred)

✔ Experience with IPD & OPD processes

✔ Familiarity with billing systems & Ayushman Bharat work

✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Professional attitude and ability to work in shifts

✔ Ability to handle busy reception areas with attention to detail

✔ Basic computer skills (MS Office, Hospital software)

💵 ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
