Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Receptionist Cum Digital Marketer who can manage front desk operations along with basic digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:Receptionist Duties:

• Welcome visitors and clients professionally
• Attend and manage incoming phone calls
• Handle emails and office coordination
• Maintain daily records, files, and office documentation

Digital Marketing Duties:

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Post and update content regularly on social media
• Respond to online inquiries and messages
• Maintain lead data and assist in follow-up activities
• Required Skills:Basic English proficiency (reading and writing)
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Basic computer and internet knowledge
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Additional Skills (Preferred):Experience in digital marketing or social media handling
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other designing tools
