Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier / Accounts Assistant for our clothing brand. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily billing, managing cash transactions, and following up with clients for pending payments. The role also includes maintaining records, handling data entry, managing inventory records, and supporting back office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily cash transactions and maintain accurate cash records
• Generate bills using billing software
• Call clients to follow up on pending dues and ensure timely payment collection
• Send payment reminder messages to customers via WhatsApp
• Maintain sales and payment records in Excel
• Ensure proper documentation of daily transactions and reports
• Support basic store accounting and cash management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cashiering, billing, or accounts-related work
• advance knowledge of billing software
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills for client calling and payment follow-ups
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
