*Job Title: In-Office Sales Executive*

*Job Summary:*

We're looking for a driven sales executive to join our fitness firm! You'll be working from our office, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales of our workout sessions.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Work 8 hours from our office

- Receive and work on leads generated from Meta and other sources

- Pitch workout sessions to clients, focusing on enrollment and conversion

- Coordinate demos with enrolled clients and internal teams

- Handle client onboarding, ensuring a smooth handover

- Develop strong sales negotiation skills, with a focus on cross-selling and upselling

- Maintain accurate Excel records and pipeline management (hot leads, cold leads, dead leads)

*Must-Haves:*

- Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong understanding of sales strategies, including cross-selling and upselling

- Proficiency in MS Excel and pipeline management

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
