Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales
team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in tele-sales or tele-calling, with excellent
communication and persuasion skills. This role is responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects,
converting inquiries into customers, and contributing to revenue growth. This is a full-time position
based at our Ahmedabad office.
Key Responsibilities
● Inbound Sales: Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate
information about solar products and services.
● Lead Follow-Up: Engage with potential customers through regular follow-ups to nurture leads
and support them through the buying journey.
● Sales Conversion: Understand customer needs and offer customized solar solutions to close
deals effectively.
● CRM Management: Maintain updated and accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and
sales activities in the CRM system.
● Target Achievement: Consistently work towards meeting or exceeding assigned monthly and
quarterly sales targets.
● Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to
encourage repeat business and referrals.
● Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams to support
and implement effective sales strategies.
● Administrative Tasks: Help with proposal creation, maintain necessary sales documentation, and respond to customer queries promptly.
Required Qualifications
● Proven ability to engage customers, build rapport, and close sales remotely.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Proficient in using CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
● Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong customer-first approach.
● Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
