Job Description:Ugrasen Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a senior, result-oriented Sales Head to lead and manage sales operations across Bhopal, MP.

The ideal candidate must be from the solar industry, with strong leadership capabilities, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end sales operations
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Develop business growth strategies and expand market presence
• Monitor team performance, sales reporting, and market trends
• Requirements:Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales (Solar Industry mandatory)
• Proven experience in team handling and regional sales management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel as per business requirements
