Job Overview
We are hiring experienced Sales Professionals for managerial roles who can lead teams, drive business growth, and maintain strong client relationships. Candidates must have prior sales experience and leadership capability.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Age Limit: 23 to 40 years
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between clients and advisors for policy explanation and onboarding
- Manage, guide, and motivate teams to achieve business targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Drive sales performance and ensure smooth business operations
- Monitor team productivity and support business growth
Other Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler or car
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Willingness to do field work / home visits
Compensation
- CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA
