Job Title: Sales Manager – BOZO (Purified & Blending Water for Alcoholic Drinks)


Locations: Bhopal, Indore, Pune, Nagpur, Hyderabad, Mumbai

Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 years in Beverage / Liquor & Hospitality Industry only.

Role Overview



We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to expand BOZO’s presence in premium hotels, bars, restaurants, liquor shops, and distributors in major metro cities. The ideal candidate must have strong industry connections and proven experience in hospitality or beverage sales.





Key Responsibilities:


1. Business Development & Sales



  • Identify and onboard premium bars, clubs, lounges, and 5-star hotels.
  • Develop distributor and retail network for BOZO.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Drive visibility and placement of BOZO in high-footfall outlets.


2. Client Relations



  • Maintain strong relationships with bar managers, F&B heads, purchase managers, and liquor brand managers.
  • Provide product training and briefing to bar staff and service team.
  • Ensure regular follow-ups for reorders and promotions.


3. Marketing & Promotion



  • Execute sampling, promotions and brand activation in bars and events.
  • Coordinate with marketing team for standees, menu placement, and in-bar branding.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.


4. Reporting & Strategy



  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Plan city-wise sales strategies and revenue goals.
  • Provide insights for pricing, schemes and partnership ideas.


Required Skills



  • Strong network in hospitality, liquor or FMCG sector.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet targets and handle high-pressure sales.
  • Good presentation and training skills.
  • Knowledge of local market & premium outlets.


Qualifications


  • Graduate in any field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant sales experience in liquor, beverage or hotel industry.
  • Age: 22–38 years.
