Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Bhopal. The role involves a blend of fieldwork, client interaction, and marketing efforts to drive sales, increase customer engagement, and promote our solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen interest in renewable energy, and a strong ability to work in both field and office settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction & Sales Conversion: Meet prospective residential and commercial clients to discuss solar rooftop solutions, understand their needs, and present suitable proposals.
• Convert leads into successful sales by building strong customer relationships and effectively communicating the benefits of solar energy systems.
• Marketing & Lead Generation: Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to attract new customers and generate qualified leads.
• Promote Arising Solar Energies through various channels, including digital marketing, local advertising, and community engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and lead generation efforts.
• Track and analyze marketing KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Field Work & Site Visits: Conduct site visits to residential and commercial properties for project assessment, and ensure that clients' requirements are met.
• Collaborate with the installation and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Customer Education & Support: Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy, product offerings, and available government incentives.
• Assist clients with paperwork and documentation for project approvals and financial support options.
