Job Role

  • Field sales role—travel across Bhopal (approx. 50% of the month)
  • Visit retailers, contractors, carpenters, and builders and build new leads for B2B and B2c business.
  • Payment follow-up and relationship management
  • When not on tour: basic warehouse coordination & stock checking
  • Maintain simple Excel data (sales, follow-ups, stock)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Executive with experience in plywood, laminate, or building material sales. The role involves monthly market visits within Bhopal and creating new business, managing client relationships and payment follow-ups, tapping into the B2C market for new leads, and supporting warehouse operations when not on tours.

Key Responsibilities


1. Sales & Client Relationship

  • Visit retailers, carpenters, contractors, interior designers, and builders across Bhopal.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets for plywood, laminate, and door products.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

  • Follow up for payments and ensure timely collection.

  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing confidently during visits.

2. Market Expansion & Lead Generation

  • Explore B2C opportunities through physical visits, referrals, and local networking.

  • Generate new leads using customer data, local mapping, and field surveys.

  • Study market demand, competition, and buying patterns.

3. Operations Support (When Not on Tours)

  • Support warehouse coordination and material verification.

  • Assist in dispatch planning and handling stock movement.

  • Maintain basic Excel sheets for sales data, client follow-ups, and stock records.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of sales experience in plywood, laminates, doors, or building materials.

  • Strong communication skills — fluent Hindi and basic English.

  • Willingness to travel across Bhopal regularly.

  • Good follow-up discipline and relationship-building ability.

  • Basic Excel skills for updating records and reports.

  • Professional, responsible, and target-driven approach.

  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations is an added advantage.
