Job Title

Sales Executive – Solar Structures & Solar Power Solutions

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell solar module mounting structures, including ground-mounted structures, rooftop structures, and related solar fabrication products.

The role requires strong industry connections, technical understanding of solar structures, and the ability to generate business from EPC companies, developers, installers, distributors, and B2C customers.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, develop, and onboard EPC companies, B2C customers, installers, and developers.



Generate business through field visits, cold calls, follow-ups, and online networking.



Understand client technical requirements such as design parameters, load calculations, material thickness, galvanization, wind speed, and site conditions.



Recommend suitable solar mounting structure solutions based on project needs.



Coordinate with the design and engineering team for drawings, BOQ, weight calculations, and structural designs.



Prepare and share quotations, commercial proposals, and technical specifications.



Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed orders.



Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.



Maintain proper documentation, client records, and daily/weekly sales reports.



Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in assigned regions.



Attend solar exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events to promote company products and build networks.



Skills & Requirements (Optional but Recommended to Add)



Experience in solar structures or renewable energy sales



Knowledge of solar EPC processes and mounting systems



Strong communication and negotiation skills



Willingness to travel for field sales



Basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings and BOQs (preferred)
