Sales & Marketing Manager

*Key Responsibilities* 

​ *Strategic Pitching* : Conduct face-to-face meetings with Hotel General Managers, F&B Directors, and Purchase Managers to pitch customized water solutions.

 *​Brand Alignment* : Understand the aesthetic of each client to suggest label designs and bottle formats that enhance their brand’s luxury appeal.

 *​Market Penetration* : Identify and onboard new accounts within the premium hospitality segment (4-star, 5-star, and boutique properties).

​ *Relationship Management* : Act as the primary point of contact for HoReCa clients, ensuring seamless re-ordering and addressing any service requirements.

​ *Sales Strategy* : Develop and execute monthly sales plans to meet volume targets and increase the market footprint of our 250ml, 500ml, and 750ml 1 litre SKUs.

 *Feedback Loop* : Report market trends, competitor pricing, and client requirements back to the creative and production teams.

​ *Qualifications & Skills* 

​Experience: 2–4 years of proven sales experience within the HoReCa sector (experience in beverages or premium food products is highly preferred).

​ *Communication* : Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with a polished, professional demeanor.

​ *Networking* : An existing network of contacts within the hospitality industry is a significant advantage.

​ *Aesthetic Sense* : Ability to discuss design and branding concepts with clients to help them visualize a customized product.

​ *Self-Starter* : Highly motivated to work independently in the field and close deals in a competitive market.
