Sales & Marketing Manager

The Sales Manager will lead the sales team to promote and sell our beverage portfolio across various channels. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building high-value relationships with distributors and institutional clients, and ensuring our brand dominates shelf space and consumer attention.

​Key Responsibilities

​Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in designated territories.

​Distribution Management: Identify and onboard new distributors; manage existing partnerships to ensure product availability and optimal stock rotation (FIFO).

​Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients, including retail chains, QSRs (Quick Service Restaurants), and hotel groups.

​Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and train a high-performing team of sales executives. Conduct regular performance reviews and field coaching.

​Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer preferences to provide actionable feedback for the marketing and product development teams.

​Operational Excellence: Oversee depot operations, manage sales budgets, and utilize CRM/ERP tools (like Bizom or Salesforce) to track data and generate sales forecasts.

​Brand Promotion: Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and product tastings to increase market visibility.
