Job Overview

Appolo Biotech is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Representative to manage dealer networks and drive business growth across Madhya Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for strengthening dealer relationships, increasing market penetration, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Dealer Management: Build, maintain, and expand a strong dealer/distributor network
• Sales Growth: Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets through effective planning
• Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and clients
• Order Handling: Ensure smooth order processing, follow-ups, and timely delivery coordination
• Field Visits: Regular travel to meet dealers, retailers, and potential clients
• Market Feedback: Provide insights on competitors, pricing, and customer demand
• Payment Follow-up: Ensure timely collection and credit management

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of dealer/distributor network management
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Basic understanding of sales reporting & CRM tools
• Willingness to travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Fertilizer / Pesticides / Insecticides / Agro Chemicals / Seeds Industry or similar field
• Proven track record in sales and dealer handling
• Local market knowledge of Madhya Pradesh is a plus
