Job Summary

Responsible for overall academic leadership, administration, and management of an MP State Board school. Ensure quality education, staff supervision, discipline, and compliance with board and education department norms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage academic & administrative operations of the school
• Implement MP State Board curriculum and policies
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate teaching & non-teaching staff
• Maintain discipline, academic standards, and student performance
• Handle admissions, examinations, and parent communication
• Ensure compliance with education department regulations
• Oversee school infrastructure, safety, and records

Eligibility

• Postgraduate with B.Ed / M.Ed (Mandatory)
• 5–10 years teaching experience (leadership preferred)
• Strong knowledge of MP State Board system
